Arch sits soflty on the side of the warm bed. The room dark as a light rain is audibly the only thing heard in the room. His husband laying nestled onto his blankets like they were a cocoon. Holding his pillow in a tight embrace. A gentle and steady hand reaches out and brushes a few black strands from the sleeping face.

He emits a small sigh and a rumbling grumble as an arm moves, pulling the blanket up to cover his face. He shifts; but ultimately seems still asleep as he is ever hard to wake.

The old man lets out a little chuckle as he starts rubbing the lump where his husbands back is supposedly. "You had me a little worried this time Raiden. Glad to see you are back to yourself. You head hurt at all love? Any body aches?"

Slowly and quietly, he mumbles a string of muffled Japanese into the blanket that's barely discernable. Awake now, he peeks his pale face out with a tired squint. A few seconds tick by and Arch finds himself latched onto and pulled down close, strong arms encircling him and wrapped in blanket. He buries his face in the crook of his shoulder, breathing deep.

Wrapping one arm around his husband pullign him more into him arch takes another deep breath in. Taking the calming scent of Raidens hair into him with a smile. Still reminecent of rain itself. Though a little diffent then it once used to be those years ago. "This is the longest you have been out for, love. Its been near a week. Im so glad your alright. Come, easey now. Im sure your hungry. Lets get your strentgh back a tid before we venture forth. The children have been waiting." He offers himself gently to the vampire for nourisment.

As if on cue, the sound of a stomach joins in the grumbling. Rai averts his eyes shyly at the sound, the usual blue glowing bloodred with hunger. It doesn't take long before the invitation is accepted, a familiar point on his neck stinging from razor sharp teeth. Locked in his clinging embrace still, Arch is trapped momentarily until he is satiated, the younger man pulling back to stare in conern. He licks his lips before speaking, low voice still rough from sleep. "Is... everyone o-okay? W-week?"

Pulling away softly Arch nods. "Everyones fine love. The children and Yasuo have been growing more worried as time has passed. Ill go get our other husband. Hes taken some time from work to be with us for now. We have been taking turns monitoring you. He will be glad to see you. Want me to bring you anything." Standing up. A brief glow eminates on his neck as the bleeding stops. Bending over he places a kiss on Raidens lips.

The concerm grows as he reluctantly lets go of his husband, dark brows furrowed. He wriggles himself up into a sitting position, cocooned still in the blanket. "I'm sorry..." Comes a murmur as he picks at a corner of the fabric. "Don't like d-doing this to... them... you." The kiss is met with a small one of his own, tasting obviously of Arch's own blood.

"Your not to blame. Nor do you need to fret love. We only concern for you is all. Dont worry about us. We will manage. Why dont you get up and move around a bit. Im sure your sore. Besides may be best to limber up before the children muckle onto you." He gives a smile while pushing up his glasses. The tick of his cane and footsteps in the dark as he leaves to get Yasuo.

Yasuo is sitting with their younger children... well, most of them, as Hisoka seems to be missing. Legs crossed, he is reading silently while Syl is showing Stygian a flower he very proudly is reciting the scientific name of. Aggy sits a ways off, stacking blocks in concentration, a very latge Sol-crow watching her from near her growing tower. His other husband peers up at the sound, pushing his glasses up and smiling. "Good news?" Yasuo asks hopefully, Syl pausing in his showing off to look on hopefully.

Arch nods to them all with a smile. "Why dont you go see him. Ill watch the children for a minute and we can all join you." Looking around for a moment Arch notices his youngest is vacant. "Hisoka with Sean by chance? Im cirtain he would like to see his mother as well. We can go collect him and them meet you in the room."

Yasuo stands while closing his book with a soft sound, "Tadgh wanted to spend time with Bastian and you know how they are inseperable. Hisoka is in the garden with them, I would imagine. He said he would look after him if he came along." Syl is already to his feet and trying to get his twin to stand up. "Okasan is awake, Aggy, c'mon!" Growing impatient with her typical slowness, he darts off already in the direction of the bedroom which Yasuo just sighs about. "I want to see mama Rai, too!" Stygian pipes up, squealing in surprise when Yasuo scoops him up with on arm easily. "Of course you're going to!" Arch's tall husband smiles, setting down his reading material to scoop up their daughter as well while she still clutches a block. "Meet you there then~!" He calls pleasantly as he turns to follow Syl, Sol left behind to peck at the abandoned tower.

Arch smiles and shakes his head as they leave. "I ment to take the children with me so Yasuo could see him though..." Chuckleing he wispers to himself. "I knew they would react as such." Letting out a little sigh his shoulder relax a bit. Placeing his weight on his cane he smiles at Sol. "Wanna come with grampy Sol or are you staying as well?" Green eyes peeks at the large bird over the top of his gold rimmed glasses perched upon the tip of his nose.

With a cock of his large head, Solis eyes him with his good side. Black eye glittering, he lets out a large caw and beats both wings as the tower easily topples with a clatter. As if in answer, he pecks at another block before picking it up in his beak. Chew and peck marks marr quite a few surfaces of them as he lifts a foot to fiddle with the thing before flinging it into the pile. With a loud avian cackle, he seems amused.

Giggleing back. "Well I do see you busy. Ill leave you to it then." Arch rolls his slevees up to mid forearm. The black with white pinstripe satten in contrast with his pale skin. He fixes his grey suede vest that has a darker grey floral pattern, pulling it down at the beltline. The metalic click of the black cane upon the the hardwood floor can be heard betwixed hard footsteps of his dress shoes as he proceeds to find his son. Eventualy a hard gaze is set upon the battlegrounds of his innercolister courtyard. What once sat a serene and quiet agrigate of flora and faunna now has turned into a auspicous and eerie trap to any unsuspecting adult who try to venture forth into the wilds of the childrens domain. Even the slightest snap of a twig may be a warning to an encrouching attack from dragon, spirit, demon or nephilem offspring... Or adult...

Unsurprisingly, Tadghan has still made it his home after all these years, finding him patiently sprawled out near the bench that usually is occupied by someone or other. Today, much to his surprise, it's Virgil with a notebook clutched in one hand and a cheap pen in the other. Bastian is crawling all over the much larger, brown dragon, biting and headbutting at anything he can reach. Occasionally, Tadgh gives a playful swipe at him, meaningless but causes the young one to attack again with vigor. He hears Virgil quietly speaking as he approaches, "Don't you get tired of him doing that...?" He cuts himself off at the sound of Arch's clicking cane, slim frame visibly stiffening as he clams up and goes back to concentrating on his page instead.

Arch stands silently a stoic look upon his face at the scene. "Virgil, Tadgh." He says with a slight nod in their direction. "I dont mean to interrupt but I came to lets Hisoka know his mother has finaly roused if he would like to go see him."

The dragonling perks up at the new prescence, barreling with his limp gait straight for him. With a growl, he clamps onto the offending cane and doesn't let go, tugging like a dog with a toy. Tadgh points with his nose in a direction to some bushes across the way, "Your young is over there behaving. He hasn't gone far." Virgil is silent, avoiding looking at anything or anyone but what's in front of him.

Before the dragonling even realizes the cain in his mouth has ben replaced by a sturdy stick as arch begins to tug on it playfuly back. "Well someons just full o spunk today huh Bast?! Common then lad. Giver a good tuggar eh!" The wrestleig. Contiues for a little eventualy subsideing. "Seems the therapy on your leg is helping huh!" He gives the dragonling a pat on the head carefuly incase of niping. "Still not 100% but a lot better then a few months ago id say! Now wheres my son off to? Mind helping grampy find him?"

Bastian looks all-too pleased with himself at the praise, chest puffing out. He is not much of a talker, just like Hisoka, and grumbles gruffly in draconic sounds instead. Tadgh himself makes sort of a huffing sound of pride, yellow eyes narrowing in what Arch knows to be a smile for dragons. "I have been working my best with him on your advice." Obediently, the silver dragonling limps off towards the bushes, calling in a unique sound that they have come to find is his way of just searching for Hisoka and Hisoka only. They find the small boy standing near his own grave, crouched and just staring at the spot. He doesn't immediately notice their approach, an old pair of headphones adorning his head and attached to an even older cassette player in his hand. Arch recognizes it as Virgil's, Bastian headbutting the child gently as they get closer.

Arch reaches out and plays with the boys hair as he crouched down over the now grassy spot. He dosnt say anything due to the headphones. He gives a smile as he waits for the boys attention.

Pausing in his patting of Bastian, he turns and smiles shyly when he realizes it's his father. Pulling off the headphones, Arch can make out Fleetwood Mac faintly as the child carefully clicks a button to pause the tape. "Hi, Papa..." His small voice is always quiet, most needing to strain to hear him much like his mother.

"Why you always hanging around this spot huh little guy? I mean, the only thing that was special here was you, you know?" He reaches out a had to his son. "Mumas awake if you want to come see him."

He glances back to the now overgrown grave, pausing again as his brow furrow with concern. "...No...." Bastian at his side gives a small growl, this one more serious as Hisoka straightens to point back the way Arch came. "You gotta go, Papa." The hair on the back of his neck prickles, a sense of something amiss in another part of the castle.

A seriousness settles on Arch. Things more routinely going awry as of late in the castle as the children are redeveloping. Hes come to trust his sons sences and is gone before the two even realize.
