A brief history: Jeri was born to Cyrus' brother Virgil and a man named Teybir. His parents had a very brief, rocky relationship that was frequently fraught with adultery and gas-lighting. When he was young, Jeri's "mother" Virgil killed himself. Grief stricken and his father needing time alone, Jericho was sent to live with a family friend for a brief time. Unfortunately, tragedy struck again and this family friend was killed unexpectedly in an accident and Jericho was shipped back. Teybir, the cause of most of the lecherous behavior in his parent's relationship, began to slowly spiral as Jeri got older, bordering on abusing and grooming his child because he looked "so much like his mother." Jericho left home early on as a pre-teen, as he was worried things would end up going too far and he no longer felt safe with his dad.

During this time, Jericho lived with his best friend who was slightly older than him, slowly ending up in a relationship with him. Teenage Jeri was extremely rebellious and experimented with drugs and began selling his body for cash, which continues to be something he does to this day. The two early on ended up having their own child together named Belial but eventually split when Jericho heartlessly sold their son for cash to pay off a debt. Jericho, homeless and still addicted to drugs, began prostituting even more and is now pretty prolific in his area. He has since gotten a new beau named Rouge and has two more children by him though no one is quite sure how many kids he has had or times he has ever been pregnant.

His horns twist and bend back, one broken at the end and the piece missing entirely. His strong wings carry a hint of a color akin to ionized metal underneath, something that even seems to match his underbelly scales and shiftings with his movement.
